You will be picked up by a luxury travel coach from your Sydney hotel for a full-day Blue Mountains and Jenolan Caves with Adventure Caving tour. Your friendly driver-guide will offer you detailed information about the wonderful Blue Mountains and Jenolan Caves.
Your first stop will be at the beautiful town of Leura, where you can admire amazing mountain views. You can opt for a takeaway lunch from the popular Leura joint, Loaves & Dishes while you relax with fellow guests.
As you travel through the scenic Blue Mountains towards Katoomba, you will see stunning views of the eucalyptus forests and age-old rock formations. See the iconic Three Sisters rock formation and learn the ancient Aboriginal stories associated with the Three Sisters.
The next attraction that you will see is the Jenolan Caves, the hiding place of sparkling limestone caverns. Soak in the beauty of the caves and see the mysterious Blue Lake. Pull on overalls, wear the hard hat with a miner's light and enjoy crawling through the unlit caves with an experienced guide leading the way. There are nine caves open to visitors, all featuring amazing lighting, underground rivers and limestone formations. Experience the thrill of crawling through unlit caves with an experienced guide. Abseil 10m down into the Elder Cave. You slowly make your way down approx. 100m, exploring through roomy caverns and twisting through narrow tunnels, eventually coming out in the Imperial Cave.
Before exiting the Jenolan Caves, your last stop for the day will be the mineral-laden Blue Lake amidst the limestone caves. When cast in sunlight, the lake takes on the most captivating vivid blue colour.
After discovering the beauty of Jenolan Caves, the coach will drive you directly back to Sydney.

If you choose to do the optional adventure caving , you will do adventure caving in Elder Cave while the rest of the group will be going to Lucas Cave.
A person must be physically fit and not be afraid of confined spaces apart from wearing the sturdy shoes to undertake this activity.

From 20 Jan to 25 Jan 19, due to road closures pick-up from Hyatt Regency will not be available. Instead, make your way to the alternate pick-up point- Parkroyal Darling Harbour 150 Day St, Sydney at 7:35am.
Each guest is permitted one medium size suitcase per person, the sum of its length/width and depth must not exceed 140cm (56”) plus one piece of hand luggage which may be carried on-board the coach. Maximum weight of all luggage must not exceed 20kg (44lbs).
At certain times, Lucas Cave will be replaced with a visit to Imperial or Chifley Cave.
